Greater Good Receives Registered Nonprofit Status To Partner With Global Clients, Local Charities

,

New York, NY (February 23, 2016) – Greater Good, the nonprofit subsidiary of The Greater Than One Group, has been designated a 501(c)(3) organization, allowing it to expand its nonprofit activities for charitable purposes.

“Now with 501(c)(3) status, Greater Good can grow its efforts to help provide sustainable and impactful programs for people around the globe,” said Elizabeth Apelles, CEO of The GTO Group. “We are thrilled to be able to do more.”

For 16 years, since the founding of The GTO Group itself, Greater Good has led charitable initiatives in the local communities where the GTO offices are located: New York, San Francisco and Madrid. Through Greater Good, employees of The GTO Group have always been able to devote a number of workdays each year to volunteer efforts with favorite local charities and causes.

“From our beginnings as a digital communications company, we believed passionately in giving back to those who are underserved in our communities,” said Apelles. “Having 501(c)(3) status for Greater Good now makes it possible for The GTO Group to elevate our spirit of giving up to the global level.”
