Intouch Solutions promotes multiple Chicago employees

Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of five employees in its Chicago office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry,
Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within
the 650-person firm.

Grace Pollert, office manager, joined Intouch in July 2013 as an office coordinator and has since
become an invaluable member of the Chicago team. In fact, Pollert’s new office manager position
did not even exist prior to her promotion. Dedicated and hardworking, Pollert’s responsibilities
include managing administrative and office budgets, facilitating office expansions, and planning
events that take place both on and off site. Pollert is also tasked with preparing for client meetings
and contributing to social media, working closely with Intouch’s IT, HR and finance departments.
Pollert continuously encourages other Intouchers to look to her as a resource and enables the
everyday operations of the Chicago office.

Allie Golden, associate creative director, began working at Intouch more than three years ago as a
senior art director. During her time with the company, Golden has continually infused her energy
and passion for the business into everything she touches, while encouraging collaboration between
creative, account and client teams. Golden has been pivotal in her new role as associate creative
director, leading team thinking in order to grow and expand projects to their full potential.
Golden has been crucial in winning new creative business and her results are a true measure of
success in the pharmaceutical marketing industry.

Joe Abella, VP of planning, is a key member of the planning team at Intouch’s Chicago office.
Since joining Intouch in August 2012 as a planning director, Abella has proved his dedication and
strategic thinking and risen through the ranks to be named vice president of planning. In this new
position, Abella will oversee the Chicago planning team, consisting of eight planners who work on
key accounts for the agency. Abella’s role will also include enterprise planning for these accounts
and ensuring the planning team has the resources and skills to deliver key insights and elevate the
quality of work Intouch produces.

Cammie Hunter, group account director, has been with the company since April 2012, working
as an account director. After quickly learning how to sell in each service area, Hunter
demonstrated her knack for operating in a fast-paced environment and her ability to produce top-rate
work. As a group account director, Hunter will lead three brands, who continually rely on her
for new, smart ideas. A trusted partner to her clients and team alike, Hunter is known for
maintaining a calm demeanor and motivating those around her.

Laurel Wiencek, senior account manager, has been part of the Intouch team since October 2013,
during which time she became an invaluable asset and immersed herself in each of her client’s
accounts. Wiencek has been recognized by many for her strong work ethic and can-do attitude and
was instrumental last year in driving many complex projects. Wiencek is solution-oriented and has
a keen eye for detail, which will benefit her as a senior account manager. In her new role, Wiencek
will manage client relationships and supervise junior account team members.
