Intouch Solutions Promotes Six Chicago Employees
Chicago (December 15, 2016) — Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of six
employees in its Chicago office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry,
Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within
the 650-person firm.
Katie Dutchman, account manager, started working at Intouch in June 2015 as an account
administrator. Known for her client-first attitude, passion and tireless dedication to her work,
Dutchman has become a key member of the team. In her new role as account manager, she serves
as the main account contact for several brands, both internally and externally, and continues to
build strong relationships with client and agency partner contacts. Dutchman is now involved in
managing budgets and scopes for her teams, and continues to be responsible for day-to-day project
execution.
Hannah Jester, account manager, joined Intouch in June 2015 as an account administrator. Jester
is consistently sought out as a source of strength, wisdom and resilience for those who work with
her. She has forged strong relationships with her teammates and agency partners, and approaches
every initiative with excitement and passion. As an account manager, Jester plans and implements
client projects, and works with cross-functional teams to deliver results that achieve client goals.
She is also responsible for developing client and agency partner relationships, as well as supporting
senior-level account staff. Jester manages the development of detailed plans to prepare submissions
for regulatory review, is responsible for day-to-day execution of campaigns and projects, and
manages client initiatives by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and on target.
Lindsay Katz, account director, began working at Intouch in February 2012 as an account
manager. During her tenure at Intouch, Katz has taken on multiple clients and roles with an
impressive dedication to client service. Katz consistently goes above and beyond to maintain
positive and trusting relationships. Client teams, agency partners and internal team members all
look to Katz, and admire her knowledge of the brand and market, dedication and passion. As
account director, Katz is an account lead, developing and guiding strategic presentations to
enhance her client’s marketing efforts. She also mentors members on the accounts team, and
works with all Intouch departments to produce integrated and strategic client recommendations.
Kate Moon, marketing and communications supervisor, joined the team in February 2014 as a
senior account manager. In that role, she oversaw the day-to-day client work on three pieces of
business and worked to increase communication and collaboration across offices through various
internal projects. Moon is known for her strong work ethic, collaborative mindset and dedication
to client work. A committed member of the #ALLin campaign team, Moon assisted with the
initiative from its ideation phase through execution. As marketing and communications
supervisor, Moon leads a number of Intouch marketing and communications initiatives as well
as assists with business development efforts.
Lauren Shape, account supervisor, brought with her a wide range of applicable marketing
expertise, including digital, social, email, CRM, video, display/mobile banner and direct, when she
joined Intouch in April 2015 as a senior account manager. Shape has established trusting
relationships with a wide range of clients and agency partners, while exemplifying Intouch’s
dedication to providing impactful marketing solutions. Her collaborative attitude and attention to
detail serve her well as account supervisor. In this role, Shape is the main point of contact for a key
client. She oversees account work flow, tactical execution and financial management, while
focusing on strategic development and overall business growth.
Kristen Simmons, account manager, has consistently provided value to the Intouch team
internally and externally since joining the organization in March 2015 as an account
administrator. Simmons’ positive attitude and skill make her a key member of the team. As an
account manager, Simmons continues to be responsible for leading initiatives using her
expertise and efficiency in coordinating projects. She supports senior-level account staff and
ensures projects are delivered on time and on target.
