McCann Health Appoints Geline Midouin Global Chief Talent Officer
NEW YORK (January 9, 2016) — McCann Health, the most creatively awarded global health communications network and the 2016 Cannes Lions “Health Network of the Year,” today announced the appointment of Geline Midouin to Global Chief Talent Officer. With this appointment, McCann Health signals a strong focus on talent recruitment, development and retention, following a year of rapid growth through the addition of new assignments and expanded relationships with existing clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer, Gilead and Janssen among others.
Ms. Midouin, will join McCann Health on February 1st from 360i New York. In this new role, she will head up the McCann Health Global Talent Community and focus on delivering the best-in-class talent to clients while ensuring that McCann Health’s people have the most modern and effective work environments and robust career development programs designed to empower personal progress.

Prior to serving as Chief Talent Officer at 360i New York, Ms. Midouin was Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Resource Management, at Publicis Health. Before that she held senior Human Resources positions at NBC Universal and Arthur Andersen and was an HR Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Midouin has received the NBCU HR Excellence Award for Leadership and was named a Rising Star by the Healthcare Business Association. She earned a Master’s Degree from Columbia University Teacher’s College in New York.
