McCann Health has appointed Geline Midouin to global chief talent officer. With this appointment, McCann Health signals a strong focus on talent recruitment, development and retention, following a year of rapid growth through the addition of new assignments and expanded relationships with existing clients such as GlaxoSmithKline, Bayer, Gilead and Janssen among others.,

Midouin joined McCann Health on Feb. 1 from 360i New York. In this new role, she will head up the McCann Health Global Talent Community and focus on delivering the best-in-class talent to clients while ensuring that McCann Health’s people have the most modern and effective work environments and robust career development programs designed to empower personal progress.

Previously, Midouin was senior VP, Global Human Resources and Resource Management, at Publicis Health. Before that she held senior human resources positions at NBC Universal and Arthur Andersen and was an HR Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Midouin has received the NBCU HR Excellence Award for Leadership and was named a Rising Star by the Healthcare Business Association. She earned a master’s degree from Columbia University Teacher’s College in New York.
