As the NYSE opened, this morning, Merck made new -- and material -- disclosures to the SEC, in a Form 8-K filing, concerning the $4 to $9 billion Remicade®/Simponi® arbitration (in about ten days' time) against J&J/Centocor, in NYC.

Sanofi has no biotech expertise. As they plunder Genzyme they should be careful with R&D, siince, as they will soon discover, rDNA development and enzyme biosynthesis are not cookbook chemistry.
