Since Pharmalot gets a broad sweep, maybe there are one or two patent attorneys out there who can address this issue.

1) Libigel, BioSante\'s drug for female sexual arousal appears identical to Abbott\'s product Androgel.

2) Abbott holds the formulation and use patents on testosterone gels for hypogonadism, both male and female.

3) Androgel\'s patents are good out to 2020.

4) Therefore, BioSante\'s patents would seem to infringe on Abbott\'s.

Any takers? (and I don\'t mean takers of the gel).
