As far as downloading apps onto your iPhone or laptop from an unverified source, unless you have the latest super duper version of Norton or other antivirus program, you run the risk of downloading a virus each time you download an app; and it ain't as fun as finding a toy in the bottom of the crackerjack box. My smartphone only has preloaded apps for this reason. So Droid users, be warned.
