Re. Roche takeover, quote Roche family member:

"Roche will not be up for sale, and added that a marriage between Roche and Novartis "makes even less sense than it did five or 10 years ago," given their different strategic directions."

Applying the Jim Cramer rule, this means that a sale is imminent.
