Adherence, getting the scrip filled, is only the beginning of the medication management challange. Pharma profits, but the patient may not if he does not comply. Others may be at risk if meds are shared. In these cases pharma benefits, but healthcare does not. How much is pharma investing in compliance? Thanks.
