Ed, what ever happened to that actor from "A Few Good Men" who sued Roche for accutane-induced IBD?

Roche did not pull Accutane in 2009 because of the IBD awards. Tey've total less than $100 million to date, cost of doing business for a product sold to 16 million users. The real reason was generic erosion.
