Marijuana not only helps MS, but many other medical conditions. Yet Big Pharm makes sure it stays illegal because, after all, it represents competition.

@Janet - greatest piece of technology NOT invented by man is the seed :-) That's an insane commercial battle to beat out that "competition" without having a better product.

Hemp is the oldest cultivated plant in the history of the planet - used for oil, rope, paper, cloth, and medicine. Grandma, from the old country, always got annoyed at how wasteful Americans were by smoking it. We never told her that it was illegal for her to grow it in her garden along with the dill and chamomile :-)
