So now the emphasis is on chronic disease, or in this case, palliative intent, delaying progression of the disease rather than on eliminating it altogether, by "juggling" the order of the chemotherapies used.
To me, that seems like more of the same "trial-and-error" therapy we've grown so accustomed to. It's a cop-out, anyway you think of it.
