Pharmalot... Pharmalittle... Happy Holidays

And now, time for a vacation. Hard to believe, yes? But even we take a few days off now and then. While we always have our laptop with us and will, periodically, check on interesting developments, regular posting will not occur until the new year. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we promised Mrs. Pharmalot and The Short People (that famous, non-existent ’60’s group) that we would focus on their desires. Meanwhile, we wish you all a very happy holiday - whatever you celebrate - and that you will have a chance to catch up on some fun things and enjoy life. Have a great time, everyone…

May I observe that you shall be missed over the coming days? Sometimes song is the best way to express such feelings:

O Pharmalot : Lyrics (Tune - O Tannenbaum)

O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy eagle eyes so piercing; O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy eagle eyes so piercing; Not only keen when summer's here, But also stern when 'tis cold and drear. O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy eagle eyes so piercing!

O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Much pleasure thou giv’st lowly me; O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Much pleasure thou giv’st lowly me; How often has brave young Eddy Skewered Execs with the greatest glee! O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Much pleasure thou giv’st lowly me.

O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy blog site shines so brightly! O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy humor is so spritely! From plant to rep, from Doc to “block,” There's only wit everywhere in sight. O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! Thy blog site shines so brightly!

O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! How richly the Feds have gifted thee! O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! How richly the Feds have gifted thee! With tales at plants and news of fines, And hearings giving great punch lines. O Pharmalot! O Pharmalot! How richly the Feds have gifted thee!!"

Ed,

A very Happy Holidays to you, as well. You have worked your butt off for a year to let us readers keep up on things, medical. Make yourself a promise, you will not pause for any length to wonder what's going on with the health world.

Also, I think you are referring to Short People by Randy Newman who is one of the finest song writers I know.
