Definitely flawed ED study, with selection bias. Ask any guy who takes a beta blocker for hypertension when was the last time he had an erection he will be scratching his head on that one. When I was a lad in grad school virtually all of the AHT's, especially the rauwolfia alkaloids caused impotence if they didn't kill you first.
