PharmaLive and Med Ad News editors detail information compiled directly from the health-care marketing communications agencies regarding the product and corporate advertising accounts that the companies promote. This year’s expanded report, now in its 17th edition, provides information on thousands of accounts from more than 400 pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, device and other companies serviced by the health-care communications agencies.
The report includes an overview of the most significant account moves. More than 10% of the world’s blockbuster pharmaceutical brands switched U.S. health-care advertising agencies during the past year.
The advertising accounts are sorted in two ways: by agency and by client. The agency chart provides the roster information of each agency, listed in alphabetical order by the agency name. The client chart provides the roster information of each pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, device, or other type of company listed in alphabetical order by the company name.
Both the agency and client charts display the following information:
• Agency name
• Client name
• Indication/description of account
• Year account was won
• Type of account
