Havas Health & You appointed Icaro Doria as Global Chief Creative Officer for the network. In his new role, Icaro is driving the vision and strategy for the global network’s various creative agencies as well as leading the HH&Y global creative council. He reports directly to Donna Murphy, Global CEO of HH&Y. Icaro most recently served as U.S Chief Creative Officer for ARNOLD Worldwide, where he was known for challenging traditional creative approaches and pushing for innovation across new platforms. He continues to act as a member of the Havas Global Creative Council where he helps to drive creative objectives at the company’s most senior level. Before joining Havas, Icaro acted as Chief Creative Officer of DDB New York and as a founder of Wieden and Kennedy’s Sao Paulo office. “I am excited to join Havas Health & You to help elevate collective and personal wellbeing by bringing the best that contemporary creative storytelling has to offer, while partnering with the companies who are leading this crucial mission around the world,” Icaro says.

 

Jon Chapman and Paul Kinsella

Havas Lynx Group promoted Jon Chapman and Paul Kinsella from Executive Creative Directors (ECD) to Chief Creative Officers (CCO). Chapman and Kinsella, both previously ECDs, have been integral to the growth of Lynx, harnessing talent and developing a creative environment that continues to expand. Their promotions and joint CCO responsibilities will continue to drive the Group’s creative vision and strategy, which has seen the agency collect over 200 awards in recent years, including Cannes Lions Healthcare Agency of the Year (AOY). “Working at Havas for the past ten years has allowed me to create work that has actually made a difference and helped people in their daily lives,” Chapman says. Christina Falzano

Signaling an evolution for the global design-led branding agency, Havas’ Conran Design Group has strengthened its leadership by appointing Christina Falzano to Managing Director, U.S. Falzano joins Global CEO Thom Newton in leading the agency in its effort to build more meaningful, human-centered brands. Falzano has spent her career in executive brand strategy and marketing positions at some of the industry’s most celebrated companies, including her previous position of Chief Operating Officer at brand consultancy Wolff Olins. “My goal at Conran Design Group is to expand our reach in the U.S. by really championing our expanded capabilities,” she says.

 

 

Vicky Cory

Full-service, creative healthcare marketing agency Intouch Seven promoted Vicky Cory to Senior Vice President, Client Services. Since joining Intouch in 2006, Cory has played a key role at the company’s Kansas City headquarters. In her most recent role as vice president of client services, Cory led a team of talented individuals across a group of key clients. In her new role, Cory continues to guide her team to deliver their best work and act on opportunities to exceed expectations in order to build foundations of trust and credibility with key clients. “I’m excited to continue to advocate on behalf of Intouch clients,” Cory says. “I’m thrilled to work alongside such a talented and passionate team as we work to understand our clients’ business goals and deliver over their expectations every day.”

 

 

Arvid Lithander

Arvid Lithander has joined the independent advertising and marketing agency Moon Rabbit as managing partner and executive creative director. In this role, Lithander is serving as the agency’s global creative lead, driving the creative culture and ultimately continuing to elevate campaigns for clients in the United States and globally. Lithander is the founder of Bakheda Co., a creative agency based in Singapore that partnered with brands such as Snapchat, YouTube, and numerous startups. He previously served as creative director at 72andSunny, digital creative director at Saatchi & Saatchi, and was with Wieden+Kennedy. “You don’t have to be a network to be global,” Lithander says. “With Moon Rabbit and Bakheda joining forces, we have the creative talent to build powerful campaigns that matter and that set our clients apart.”

 

 

Sebastian Mallarino

Sebastian Mallarino joined FCB Health Network company Neon as group creative director. A native of Colombia, Mallarino brings more than 15 years of advertising and marketing experience to the FCB Health Network. He became the first creative in Colombia to be awarded a Cannes Lions Grand Prix and two Grand Effies. His work has also been recognized by D&AD, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and Nova Creative Awards. He has created award-winning work across a variety of top global brands and clients including GSK, Boehringer Ingelheim, Unilever, P&G, Uber, DirecTV, Volvo, Volkswagen, Pernod Ricard and Coca-Cola. “I am excited to be joining the FCB Health Network at such a momentous time,” Mallarino says. “I was attracted to Neon’s core belief that ‘killer ideas save lives,’ and I’m thrilled to be in a position where I can help us continue to build on our remarkable achievements.”.

 

 

 

Bryan Specht

W2O named Bryan Specht Group President, Transformation, Consumer Activation and Marketing. In this role, he will expand W2O’s healthcare offering to include additional consumer-focused, tech-enabled and digital capabilities, accelerating its transformation to a digital healthcare firm.
