Publicis Health appointed Kara Dugan as president of Razorfish Health. She previously served as general manager. Dugan has spent more than a decade at Publicis Groupe in a variety of roles with ever-increasing responsibilities, successfully leading key global accounts in healthcare and CPG. “Kara is the one of the hardest working and results-driven leaders I have had the pleasure to work with. New head of planning for Ogilvy Health

Andrew Thorn joined Ogilvy Health as executive VP, head of planning. Evoke KYNE appoints senior VP

Sarah Cooper Welty was promoted by Evoke KYNE to senior vice president. As a member of the health communications agency’s Senior Management Team, Welty continues to oversee key client engagements in neuroscience and immuno-oncology, issues management and corporate reputation, reporting to Stephanie DeViteri. According to management, Cooper’s promotion reflects her significant contributions to the agency’s business over the past decade by cultivating trusted client partnerships and leading high-performing teams that deliver impactful communications programs.

QBFox launches into 2021

On the heels of a significant new product introduction for a biotech client, full-service healthcare agency QBFox Healthcomm announced the promotion of three key staffers who drove the launch: Jason Doce, George Abdy, and Mark Vespole. Doce was promoted to ACD/Copy Lead, Abdy was elevated to Group Art Supervisor/Art Lead, and Vespole was appointed Group Account Supervisor. All three joined QBFox during mid-2018 and had worked together previously at another agency.
