CMI Media Group Releases “2021/2022 Media Vitals™ What Healthcare Consumers Want and Need from Life Sciences Manufacturers” Report

CMI Media Group has issued the “2021/2022 Media Vitals™ What Healthcare Consumers Want and Need from Life Sciences Manufacturers” report.

Media Vitals research, which is conducted by, CMI Media Group, is an annual barometer of the wants and needs of the company’s key consumer audiences.

Findings include:

  • Preferred media for seeking healthcare information varies by generation, but there are many similarities. For example, doctors’ offices is still the top resource for both Millennials (42%) and Baby Boomers (50%), and email is second for both groups, at 28% and 37%, respectively.
  • Mental health education is important to all generations but especially younger generations, and 40% of Millennials and 43% of Gen Z consumers surveyed would like pharma companies to share information pertaining to that topic.
