New York, NY (January 13, 2020) – Digitas Health, the first global connected-health agency, has been named a “2020 Best Place to Work” by Advertising Age, ranking 8th out of the top 25 companies with more than 200 employees. It’s a first for an industry-leading agency that has made employee benefits, engagement and development—as well as company culture and environment—integral parts of its DNA. This commitment was reflected in the survey responses from Digitas Health employees across multiple cities.

“At Digitas Health we believe in possible futures. We believe we can create, design, and will futures not yet imagined that improve outcomes both for our clients and for people worldwide who need to make informed, confident decisions about their health,” said Eric Muller, President, Digitas Health.  “Being recognized as one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work is a testament to our agency team, who are the very heart of that belief, and they deserve all the credit for moving us forward with purpose.”

Among the corporate culture and initiatives that set Digitas Heath apart are its employee sabbatical program, its active Diversity & Inclusion Council, and numerous resource groups to support and address the interests of unique employee population communities.

“Creating a truly inclusive environment is hard work because it means challenging our default behaviors and mental frameworks,” explains Lee Carroll, Vice President, Human Resources at Digitas Health. “The Digitas Health Diversity & Inclusion Council has been instrumental in helping us understand the ways leaders and managers need to demonstrate real inclusion. Diversity & Inclusion is a longstanding commitment of ours and the Council has helped us demonstrate that we’re serious when we say ‘you belong here, you’re one of us.”
