“Diversity, equity, and inclusion has been a vital business priority for OHG, and Pemberton has been critical in leading the group to achieve tremendous success over the past 18 months,” according to OHG leaders. “Since joining OHG, she launched the large, unique, cross-company program, Healthy Inclusion – with the affectionate and inclusive acronym, Hi. Additionally, Pemberton has expanded OHG’s employee resource groups (ERGs), launching Unidos, and has an Asian and Pacific Islander resource group beginning in the coming month. As part of Healthy Inclusion, she has also focused on unveiling DEI University, which is a mix of on-demand, video-based courses matched with small group discussions that build the open, bold, and generous skills needed to be actively inclusive.”

Externally, Pemberton has been collaborating with business partners, creating DE&I workshops, and partnering with client teams to propel DE&I strategies and creative ideation. She has also focused on leading the integration of Omnicom’s OPEN 2.0 action plan.

“I am proud to be bringing OHG’s commitment, ‘Best of Health,’ to life by heightening the best in diversity and inclusion for our employees and business partners,” Pemberton says. “My passion has made a focus come to life in a robust and unique way, and I have truly appreciated the commitment around me to become the best in diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
