Intouch Solutions Announces Promotion of Five Kansas City Employees
OVERLAND PARK, KS (June 11, 2018) Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of five employees in its Kansas City office. For the past five years, Intouch Solutions – the leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry– has seen rapid expansion. The agency actively promotes within the 700-person firm.
The five employees are:
Caitlin Linster, account supervisor, began her tenure at Intouch in 2012. She most recently served in the role of senior account manager before her promotion. Linster brings tenacity and focus to her work for Intouch. She is known as a trustworthy and capable partner by colleagues and clients alike. As an account supervisor, Linster manages both internal and external relationships, leading toward business growth. She also works to find opportunities for her team to succeed through collaboration, efficiencies and new project proposals.
Courtney Scherzer, account supervisor, joined Intouch in 2014 as an account manager before being promoted to senior account manager in 2016. In her time at Intouch, Scherzer has elevated Intouch social media capabilities, launching a successful client blog and Facebook properties. She currently serves as a counselor to clients, guiding them through social best practices and protocols. She also plays an integral role in content development. Her organizational skills and strong partnerships with extended teams are admired by many.
Jenna Flottman, account manager, started working at Intouch in 2016 as an account administrator. In her current role, she oversees project development to ensure assets are completed on time and on budget. She holds responsibility for branded consumer tactics, including email, social media, print, digital media and analytics. Her can-do attitude and attention to detail and process make her an invaluable member of the team.
Katie Beemer, project manager, began her work for Intouch as an intern for the Chicago office before starting a full-time position as a project coordinator in Kanas City. Beemer has run a wide variety of projects from emails to banners to full site builds. Teams appreciate her dedication and partnership. Her ability to dive in and learn has contributed to her success. In her new role, Beemer facilitates internal processes and responsibilities for client projects. She manages costs, timelines and resources.
Katie Schmidtberger, team lead, joined Intouch as a project manager in 2014. She was soon promoted to senior project manager. Throughout her career, Schmidtberger has built an outstanding reputation for executing anything and everything that comes her way. She currently manages day-to-day operations and work for a large client portfolio, jumping in on projects as needed. In addition, she provides coaching and mentorship to her team.
