Intouch Solutions Promotes Multiple Chicago Employees

Intouch Solutions proudly announces the promotion of nine employees in its Chicago office. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch Solutions has seen rapid expansion over the past five years and actively promotes within the 650-person firm.

The nine employees include:

Elissa Bernstein, account manager, has proven herself invaluable to the Intouch team since she entered the company as an account administrator in October 2014. In less than a year, Bernstein demonstrated her ability to problem solve, manage multiple priorities and win over clients. She has managed various projects, including banner ads, video updates and responsive websites.
Bernstein’s upbeat disposition is infectious, and her detail-oriented, can-do personality make her the ideal account manager candidate. In her new role, Bernstein will oversee the day-to-day project development with various departments and manage client relations from product inception to launch.

Annie Brill, senior account manager, began her career at Intouch as an intern in 2011 and quickly rose through the ranks to become an account administrator, then account manager. Over the years, Brill has shown she is a powerful team player and an incredible asset to her account teams. Clients and coworkers alike admire her positive demeanor and solution-focused attitude. In
her new role as senior account manager, Brill will manage her account administrators and managers to strengthen their project and account management skills. Brill will also be accountable for proposing new ideas and solutions in order to maintain and grow business, as well keeping her team on track to meet deadlines and deliver quality work. Additionally, Brill will continue to be
the main contact for clients, responsible for maintaining those trusted relationships.

Anna Ferber, account supervisor, joined Intouch in June 2010 as an account administrator. Since then, Ferber has impressed her clients and colleagues with her intelligence, dedication and professionalism. Ferber worked in the Kansas City office for two and a half years before moving to the Chicago office, where she has handled some of the most complex projects in the marketing
plan. Clients frequently praise Ferber for her superior work. As an account supervisor, Ferber will take on a more supervisory role on the team, ensuring all work is high-quality and meets or exceeds client expectations, as well as fostering and growing client relationships.

Inga Kirsch, senior account manager, started her career at Intouch in June 2010 in the Kansas City office as an account administrator. After transferring to Chicago, she was promoted to account manager in April 2012. Kirsch’s hard work and determination are admired by her clients and colleagues alike and contribute greatly to her ongoing success. As senior account manager, Kirsch will serve as the primary liaison to internal and external counterparts for daily requests. She will also lead development of agency recommendations, POVs and strategic documents. Additionally, Kirsch will oversee project execution and coach her team on scoping, billing and managing processes.

Grace Neigel, account manager, has played an integral role in managing numerous projects since she joined Intouch in November 2014. As an account administrator, she helped launch a national patient portal, numerous patient and HCP videos, and a variety of CRM tactics. Neigel’s eye for detail and commitment to clients, patients and Intouch’s founding principles are apparent in every task she completes, no matter the size. In her new role, Neigel will help manage projects from project ideation to completion. Neigel’s promotion to account manager will also have her taking the lead in managing new patient-facing initiatives, as well as onboarding and training account administrators.

Anna Pietraszek, creative resource director, has been promoted twice since joining Intouch in September 2011 as creative project manager. In September 2012, she was promoted to creative resource supervisor and most recently has been named creative resource director. Pietraszek is people-focused, detail-oriented and proactive, which has resulted in the seamless expansion of the departments she oversees. Pietraszek has fostered collaboration and continues to work closely with the creative team to evolve how work is shared and documented. As creative resource director, Pietraszek will manage a team of 15 full-time resources across five departments, including studio, proofreaders, traffic, art buying and video production. Pietraszek will also coordinate freelancers, facilitate weekly meetings with creative directors and drive monthly staffing meetings.

Joe Schoor, creative director, joined Intouch in July 2012 as an associate creative director where he has been a natural team leader, garnering trust and fostering collaboration across departments. Schoor’s vision and inspiration, in addition to his passion for challenging the status quo, have contributed to his success at Intouch. As a creative director, Schoor is responsible for overseeing the development of original creative and design concepts for a key client. Schoor will also direct multiple design teams in order to maintain the highest level of creative excellence, while inspiring collaboration and teamwork and achieving clients’ goals.

Marissa Venturella, account manager, started at Intouch in March 2014 as an account administrator. In just over a year, Venturella became a key member of one of Intouch’s client teams, contributing greatly to a new product launch. Venturella has supported her team throughout the course of many projects, while meeting strict deadlines. Venturella’s positive attitude and exceptional performance earned her the trust and respect of her colleagues. In her new role as account manager, Venturella will continue to strengthen client relationships and serve as a project owner, managing the development and execution of projects to support overall client strategies and business goals.

Ashley Weidmann, senior account manager, joined Intouch in April 2012 as an account manager and has since been an invaluable member to her team. Weidmann’s solution-oriented personality, dedication to projects and positive attitude have all contributed to her success. As a senior account manager, Weidmann will manage external and internal relationships, provide insight and recommendations on current and future projects, and manage budgets. Weidmann will also be responsible for directing reports, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategically working within her team to grow and develop Intouch’s business and brand.
