Renée Wills joins Kinch as Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Westfield,NJ, April 19th, 2016 – Kinch LLC, a mission-built, full-service, healthcare agency, today announced the addition of Renée Wills to its senior leadership team.
Wills will join the agency as Co-Founder and Managing Partner. “Renée is a tremendous addition to the leadership of the agency,” said Fred Kinch, Founder and Managing Partner at Kinch. “I had the pleasure of working with Renée at Lab9 [part of the CDM Group] where she was a major contributor to its thriving culture and tremendous growth. She brings a wealth of experience to our agency having worked on both the industry and agency side of the table. When we started Kinch, there was no question we wanted her to be part of the agency.”

Wills brings more than 20 years of pharmaceutical and biotech marketing and advertising experience to the Kinch team. Much of her career has been focused on launching specialty products and indications from the varied perspectives of sales representative, marketing team member and director, and advertising agency team member and lead.
Most recently, Wills served as president of Trio, an FCB Health company. During her tenure there, Trio enjoyed significant organic and new business growth. The agency was a finalist for Med Ad News Agency of the Year Category III in 2013 and 2014, and also a finalist for MM&M Agency of the Year in 2014. Wills herself was selected as one of PharmaVoice’s 100 Most Inspiring People in 2013.
Prior to joining Trio, Wills had a series of key roles with increasing responsibility within the agency world at the CDM Group and Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, as well as in marketing and sales on the industry side at Sanofi~Synthelabo, BMS, Wyeth, and Lederle.
Wills received her MBA from Rutgers University. When not tackling the latest challenge, Wills can be seen chasing after her 10-year-old twin girls and 3 dogs in the Maplewood, N.J., home, whipping up gourmet dinners with her husband Ben, helping in the community garden, or taking vinyasa yoga classes.
