MicroMass unveils Human Dynamics

Full-service health communications agency MicroMass has unveiled Human Dynamics, which executives call “a game-changing approach to help pharmaceutical brands connect with patients and create a better experience.”

According to management, Human Dynamics represents an evolution of what it means to connect a brand to its core audience: the patients themselves. “It is a multidisciplinary approach grounded in MicroMass’ deep understanding of behavioral science and includes sharp strategic insights, cutting-edge creative, advanced data capture and analysis, ingrained innovation, and a passion to drive action,” agency execs say.

“At MicroMass, we see people, not just patients,” says the Cary, N.C.-based agency’s president, Rosanne Johnson. “We do not see just their disease or their demographics, but the human inside. Our aim is to understand them, inspire them, change behavior, and reach them where we can make the most impact.”
