QBFox Healthcomm grows as it nears a new milestone: 5 years of success

MONTVILLE, N.J., January 9, 2023 / As it approaches its 5th Anniversary in a couple of months, QBFox Healthcomm, a full-service healthcare agency, continues to employ its unique process and acknowledge the people who have helped it steadily grow.

While there are many ways to analyze the metrics of success, for QBFox, the development of talent and the impact on company culture is essential. So it’s no small coincidence that the Agency is kicking off 2023 with the promotion of George Abdy, Jr, to Associate Creative Director of Art. Abdy joined QBFox in 2018 as one of the first of its new additions, and has led the design and development of the Agency’s robust, award-winning website creation capability. His multifaceted skills in all media, including video production, has resulted in the generation of powerful, stunning work.

“George is emblematic of the quality our senior, experienced talent has provided our clients since Day 1,” noted Steve Viviano, QBFox CEO. “The needs of our early- commercialization biotech clients require a fast-moving, quick-thinking, efficient agency. Having George flourish in a business environment with very specific, frequently start-up challenges, has been a boon for agency and client partners alike.”

Abdy will continue to report to Chet Moss, QBFox Chief Creative Officer.

On the heels of a late 2021 new business win, QBFox also hired two key additions to support the energetic account in 2022. Gustavo Estrella came on board as Senior Digital Designer reporting to Abdy, and Laura Miller, ELS as Editorial Manager. As well, Megan Lugo was promoted to Senior Account Executive.

“With complete office/home flexibility now along with vigorous communication, we’ve been creating a great environment for our team,” said Viviano. “Of course, we believe it’s also a terrific partnership with our clients. They’re often based on our previous relationships, and our ability to get deep inside their business is essential, helping them grow at a crucial, developmental stage. Our experience is a big-time asset for them.”

QBFox was named as an Agency to Watch at its inception and has been strategically and creatively recognized by the industry ever since. Its senior leadership (which includes Stacy Patterson, MD, Chief Medical Officer) has held true to the reason it reconnected in the first place: to be an agency small enough to know every client and client need really well, and experienced enough to swiftly deliver what is needed. It’s problem-solving that happens in real time, and that time is now heading towards an exciting Year 6. For QBFox, that number is as good a measure of success as any.
