In describing their agency, Artcraft executives are direct. “Artcraft Health is a healthcare communication and education agency taking patient education solutions to the next level,” they say.

The Year’s Accomplishments

According to agency leaders, Artcraft Health’s accomplishments in 2013 were abundant and strategically targeted to provide consistent innovative solutions and services to clients. During the past year, Artcraft Health moved into its state-of-the-art headquarters, which includes a focus room for market research, a floor plan that integrates departments for consistent collaboration, large conference areas, collaboration hubs, and a fitness center.

In 2013, with its finger on the pulse of the trends in the industry, Artcraft Health expanded its core competencies to deliver solutions that span the healthcare continuum. Committed to creative solutions that solve client’s challenges, Artcraft Health has expanded to include divisions for clinical trials, consumer patient education, medical devices, health and wellness, specialty camps and animal science. With more than 18 years of expertise, Artcraft Health delivers health education at the point of care with targeted results that solve challenges, meet client objectives, and build brand equity.

Strongly dedicated to the client experience and anticipating client needs, Artcraft Health strategically invested in medical illustration, scientific and patient-centric mechanism of action animations, content, and project management. This enables the agency to provide clients with custom solutions that meet the highest standards of accuracy and innovation. “Our goal is to partner with our clients to meet challenges, remove barriers, eliminate challenges and create custom, innovative, dynamic solutions,” says Marc Sirockman, executive VP and general manager.

Executives say Artcraft Health’s commitment to excellence has been noticed by industry leaders and global award granting organizations. In 2013, Artcraft Health was honored with more than 70 major awards, including prestigious accolades from Global Award, Rx club, W3 Award, and Marcom Award for innovative digital marketing. To start 2014 off right, Artcraft Health won the Telly Award for a mechanism of action animation and a Platinum AVA Digital Award for an app that aids in clinical trial retention and recruitment.

Artcraft Health’s commitment to solving challenges and exceeding client expectations has resulted in strong client relationships and new wins throughout the healthcare environment. Clients include major and mid-sized pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies such as Novartis, Pfizer, Celgene, Gilead, and BostonScientific.

Future Plans

The agency’s leadership says the future of Artcraft Health is strategically positioned to build upon its patient-centric foundation. 2014 is focused on substantially enhancing its digital portfolio. Exploring the most effective, appropriate, and efficient use of digital technology is key, while taking care to deliver the right message to the right audience, at the right time. Artcraft Health analyzes communication and education gaps that exist in the patient healthcare experience and develops both traditional and digital solutions utilizing its full array of services and expertise to enhance education and promote compliance and patient empowerment. “We will continue to expand our digital solutions and create innovative custom campaigns that drive patient outcomes and solve health literacy challenges,” Sirockman says.

Artcraft Health’s growth plans include continued expansion of its clinical trial services and solutions, expanding geographic territories in the Midwest, Southwest and West Coast, and an emphasis on building relationships within the medical device sector. Sirockman explains, “The market is evolving as are client expectations of services solutions and engagement,” executives say. “Our goal is to be where the client is, when the client needs us and make strategic decisions to create and sustain a positive patient experience. Whatever the challenge, we apply our CARE principles (clear, actionable, engaging and relevant) that support our clients objectives. This is our pledge.”

Philanthropy/Citizenship

Artcraft Health’s passion and drive to improve lives extends to the agency’s commitment to aid and enrich the community. “One of our core values is to promote and actively contribute to the community,” according to Sirockman. To that end, Artcraft Health is actively involved in the community. Over the years Artcraft Health has spearheaded an array of initiatives and volunteer projects throughout the area, including food drives for the local food pantry, and painted and created murals for the Hunterdon County Child Development Center in Flemington N.J., a specialized facility for learning disabled children. Additionally, Artcraft Health spread holiday cheer by constructing holiday wreaths for the residents of the local nursing home.
