Syneos Health acquires RxDataScience and StudyKIK

Syneos Health acquired RxDataScience, a healthcare-focused data analytics, data management and artificial intelligence (AI) company. According to management, Syneos Health and RxDataScience will offer biopharma customers technology-enabled, insights-powered solutions with the aim of accelerating performance across the product lifecycle – from lab to life.

Accelerating product development by better connecting patients, sites and communities, the acquisition boosts the company’s ability to deliver technology-enabled, insight-powered solutions, according to management. Syneos Health says customer benefits include accelerated patient enrollment and retention, extensive patient population-based insights, improved site, sponsor and physician experiences and reduced patient burden.
