HBA’s United Force for Change community believes that together we have the potential to create a future full of possibilities for a more equitable healthcare ecosystem. At our annual gathering this fall, we have lined up keynote speakers, educational sessions, networking opportunities and our Women of Color Wellness Summit to channel a collective energy to make the unthinkable possible.

We welcome you to join us and:

  • Be inspired by courageous and forward-thinking innovators who embody the spirit that anything is possible.
  • Recognize the unique, valuable assets you bring to the causes of gender and health equity.
  • Discover innovative ways you can create new possibilities for yourself, your company, and our industry.
  • Celebrate and learn from this year’s Advancement. Commitment. Engagement. (ACE) Award-winning initiatives that have fostered a more equitable and inclusive community for women in the industry — and then take new ideas back to your organization.
