The diversity of our talent fuels our passion to make meaningful change and enables us to develop unique strategic, creative, and connected access solutions. We obsess about the brands we support and the benefits that they can deliver to patients.”

Recent accomplishments

2023 marked a third year of what Mosaic leaders characterize as “unprecedented” success. “We grew from 100-plus employees in 2022 to 135-plus team members in 2023. New and organic growth drove our remarkable results. For the second year in a row, we achieved 20 percent growth, driven by the addition of eight new accounts across four key clients and expansion of existing client assignments.”

Leaders say Mosaic launched an “incredible” nine brands/indications in 2023, including  Zepbound. “Our team successfully launched Zepbound to payers, health systems, and employers, helping individuals who suffer from obesity gain access to an effective treatment that can change the trajectory of their health and lives.”

On the staffing front, the team grew from 103 to 139 team members with additions across all disciplines and substantial growth of the strategy and copy teams.
